Leadership Trust Initiative

The foundation has suspended LTI in 2020 due to low enrollment. We will use this year to assess LTI and determine how the program may evolve. Please contact info@nracfoundation.com for more information.

Leadership Trust Initiative (LTI) answers the question: What’s next in my life? How can I make a difference? LTI empowers participants to uncover their personal strengths and utilize these strengths as citizens and leaders within their communities.

“Leadership is a matter of how to be, not how to do.” ~ ¬Frances Hesselbein

About LTI

LTI is a signature program of the Foundation. The 9-month program series engages adults — whether early, mid, or retired in a career — in a professional development experience that uncovers strengths, broadens perspectives, and propels participants in achieving the “what’s next” in their lives and work.

Jody Thone, a lauded leadership consultant, designed the curriculum and leads the program. Facilitated discussions, interactive activities, and presentations by area leaders create an engaging format for learning.

More than 200 individuals have graduated from the program since its founding in 2009.

“I never expected to grow so much in self-knowledge. It was an awesome growth experience.”

“Wonderful experience — I am a better person, employee, and community member.”

LTI is conducted in partnership with Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College. Participants receive CEU credit through WITC.
