About LTI
LTI is a signature program of the Foundation. The 9-month program series engages adults — whether early, mid, or retired in a career — in a professional development experience that uncovers strengths, broadens perspectives, and propels participants in achieving the “what’s next” in their lives and work.
Jody Thone, a lauded leadership consultant, designed the curriculum and leads the program. Facilitated discussions, interactive activities, and presentations by area leaders create an engaging format for learning.
More than 200 individuals have graduated from the program since its founding in 2009.

LTI is conducted in partnership with Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College. Participants receive CEU credit through WITC.
