We choose to be a catalyst and conduit for improving the fabric of our community.

Who We Are

We connect donors to their passion for New Richmond and its future through their charitable gifts. We accomplish this through grants-making to support the important work of nonprofits and projects serving the people of New Richmond. We work as a partner and convener to address issues impacting our community and the region.

Community

Community is the heart of who we are.

Catalyst

A catalyst for inspiring action.

Leave a Legacy

Imagine making a lasting impact on a place that means a lot to you. Imagine leaving a legacy that will benefit New Richmond and its residents 20 years from now. 50 years from now.

New Richmond Area Community Foundation offers you ways to respond to today’s needs and benefit our community years from now. Community is the heart of our name. Through our foundation, passion for community and wise investment combine. It takes us all – with commitment, leadership, and whatever we each give financially – to make New Richmond its best.

If you’re going to live, leave a legacy. Make a mark on the world that can’t be erased. – Maya Angelou

Message on Racism

Racism, hatred, and the fear of “others” are destructive forces that can infect communities of any size. As a white-led organization, we must begin by listening to what black, brown, and indigenous people are saying. We must examine our unconscious biases and systems that contribute to inequality and racism.

New Richmond has a long history of caring for its residents. Now is the time for us to come together, speak out against racism and hatred, and assure that our community is a place where we cherish and value the lives of everyone.

Tell us your ideas of how we move forward together.

“I wish I could say that racism and prejudice were only distant memories. We must dissent from the indifference. We must dissent from the apathy. We must dissent from the fear, the hatred and the mistrust…We must dissent because America can do better, because America has no choice but to do better.”
― Thurgood Marshall
