Donors to the New Richmond Area Community Foundation (NRACF) have a great deal of flexibility in structuring their gifts to achieve their personal charitable and philanthropic goals. It doesn't take a wealthy person to get involved in charitable giving through a community foundation - just a concerned one. Whether your gift is $50 or $50,000, we can help you structure your donation to achieve the optimal return on your community investment.

Routine contributions to the NRACF are normally in the form of cash funds (by check, credit card or monthly ACH from bank account) or publicly-traded securities (stocks).

Gifts of Stock
Publicly-traded stocks (securities) can be transferred directly from your investment account into the investment account of NRACF. Before initiating a gift of stock, please contact the Foundation for instructions. This will ensure that your donation of stock is completed in the most tax-favorable manner for you.

Other Types of Gifts
The Foundation can also accept other types of gifts such as of marketable property, bequests and insurance. A Foundation representative will be happy to talk with you individually about options that fit your charitable priorities, financial goals and personal situation.
